The Main Medical Tent is located in close proximity to the “Finish Swine” (finish line).

The tent is staffed by Physicians, Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, Emergency Medical Technicians along with non-medical personnel.  Medical students and Athletic Training Students also provide care in this area with appropriate supervision.

As a medical volunteer, you should have been emailed your assignment in the week prior to the race.   You will check in upon arrival to the tent.  You will be directed to your assigned location to meet your team and to complete any last minute set-up tasks that remain.

There will be an all staff meeting in which we will discuss any alterations to the medical protocols and to meet the medical planning committee.  We will then break into smaller teams to review the protocols and discuss any questions that you may have.
